Dirty, unhelpful front desk staff, infrequent shuttle service.

The facility was in need of updating. The information in the book of services provided in the room was not current. For instance, it said there was airport shuttle service every half hour but it was only offered on the hour. There was a coffee maker in the room but no carafe. When I asked for a carafe I was told to go to the lobby for coffee. There was no coffee in the lobby. The shuttle driver was helpful and the bellmen were helpful. ...read more

Location was the only good thing about this hotel.
The staff was rude and not helpful,
I was charged twice for the room rate and I waited 45 min for airport pick-up.

The hotel was what I expected from a 2 star hotel, however the service I received was well below hostel standards. I waited 45 min for airport pick-up, the CC that I gave for incidentals was charged by the hotel twice for the room rate in addition to the charge from Priceline and I was woken up 3 times by calls being transferred to the wrong room number. I will not be booking a 2 star moderate hotel on Priceline for fear of getting the Holiday Inn. ...read more

Staff was friendly and efficient.
I loved the free WiFi however the hotel was very worn and certainly needs upgrading.

The driver of the shuttle service is not punctual and was unhappy with the tips I offered him.

The hotel shuttle service is not punctual. The shuttle driver who was supposed to drive us at 11 am came late and left 20 minutes past the hour. It was on Sunday Sept 5 at 11.00 am to JFK airport. When we returned to the hotel after picking up our niece, I offered him tips but he was dissatisfied and demanded more money in full public view of other guests. The tub drain plug didn't work & though a smoking room there was no ashtray, which they swiftly amended

The staff was curteous, friendly and helpful. I had a comfortable, economical stay.
